Cooking Ideas

• Sour Soup Fish: Slice thinly, coat in egg-white slurry, cook in pickled cabbage broth.
• Pan-Fry: Sear each side 3 minutes until golden, finish with lemon & black pepper.
• Poached: Cook in spicy broth, top with blazing chili-Sichuan pepper oil.
• Tomato Fish: Sauté tomatoes until saucy, slide in fillets 1 minute.

Storage

Freeze at -18°C for up to 12 months. Do not refreeze after thawing. Transfer to refrigerator (0-4°C) 12 hours before cooking for gradual thawing.
